We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: We deliver almost across all major cities and towns within India.

If you are located in a region that is not listed, please contact our customer support team to see if shipping to your location can be arranged.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Free for orders above 500/- Rs
  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 200/- Rs.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frames below. However, delivery times may vary based on location, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can monitor your order's status and estimated delivery time through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us at kabeerverma97@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating your package.

7. International Customs and Duties

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply upon the package’s arrival in your country. Blackish is not responsible for these charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable duties and taxes.

8. Order Cancellations and Changes

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

9. Packaging

We take extra care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos of the condition and contact us immediately at kabeerverma97@gmail.com for assistance.
